November 27, 2012     Christmas Tree Arrival – end of Newport Avenue in the morning

November 28, 2012     Tree Decoration – Santa will be in OB the morning to help local OB kids decorate the Christmas Tree at the foot of Newport Avenue

November 29, 2012      Auction – Sunshine Company on Newport Avenue – 6 pm – to benefit the annual food and toy drive

December 1, 2012        Ocean Beach Christmas Parade – Newport Avenue – 5:05 pm

                                       OB Craft Fairs – 9 am – 4 pm – end of Newport Avenue by the beach

For the second year in a row – the event will start on Friday night, (10/12), with a Battle of the Bands, Happy Hour and all sorts of Oktoberfest fun!

Saturday the live music, beer garden, German nosh, beachfront vendors, German bands and fun will take place all day long.

Both days of the festival will take place in the Pier parking lot at the foot of Newport Ave.

Join us for the annual Ocean Beach Pancake Breakfast on the pier!

This year it is on Saturday – September 15th - 7:30 am to 12 noon – benefitting the OB Christmas food and toy drive.

Tickets only $10 for adults/$5 for children.  It includes a full breakfast of pancakes, fresh fruit, hot coffee and more.

All proceeds from the event go toward making a difference in the lives of over 80 Ocean Beach families and/or seniors in need by providing them with packages of food for their holiday meals around Christmas (food that they normally would not have due to their financial constraints) as well as gifts to give to their children and grandchildren. This event is the first of many that benefit the food and toy drive and it is definitely one of the liveliest.  The OB Town Council Board of Directors will cook and serve pancakes and also raffle off awesome prizes from local OB merchants including Therapie Day Spa, OBistro Restaurant, Sweet Salon, Temptress boutique and many more.

Tickets can be purchased at the Farmer’s Market every Wednesday, Dog Beach Dog Wash, Raglan Public House, South Coast Surf Shop, Surf & Sea and Shades Oceanfront Bistro. Let us know if you want us to get you tickets – as they may sell out!

We have recently added new mattresses to each room.  Come and see how comfortable they are!!

We’ve also added small refrigerators for your convenience!
