Rate: $135 to $150 per night for 1-2 people, excluding holidays. (2 night minimum)
Bed & Breakfast 2 bedroom suite – one queen room and a private bath and adjoining room has a set twin beds and a private bath –each has private entryway.
Rate: $250 per night for 2-4 people, excluding holidays. (2 night minimum)
SUMMER RATES (May 25 – August 31, 2012)
Bed & Breakfast room – one queen bed /private bath & private entryway.
Rate: $175 to $195 per night plus tax for 1-2 people, excluding holidays. (2 night minimum)

Rate: $350 per night plus tax for 2-4 people, excluding holidays. (2 night minimum)

Rate: $1400 a week / $195 per night 3 night minimum / 1-2 people max.

A refundable $100 cleaning fee is required. Breakfast is not included in the condo as it has a full kitchen.
Payment
We accept Visa and Master Card and we charge your stay when you make your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Bed and Breakfast Rooms: 10-day notice required. $25.00 cancellation fee.
Vacation Condo: A six-week cancellation notice is required, a cancellation fee of 1/3 of the total rental will be charged. A refundable $100 cleaning fee is required.
