Vacation Condo Rental
The Vacation Condo is available for daily (minimum 3 nights) or weekly rental. Each of the three bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed and full private bath (baths include tubs/showers). A maximum of 6 people are allowed in the condo. It is fully furnished and includes linens, kitchen utensils, washer/dryer, as well as beach chairs and beach towels. Condo has one off street parking space. 100% Smoke Free Property. The condo is a two story unit with a large partially covered back deck and spacious kitchen. The unit is well laid out affording all guests comfort and privacy. Breakfast is NOT included with the condo.
Ocean Beach is one of the last beach towns in southern California. A small, eclectic, laid back community boasting over 98 pubs/restaurants, as well as many funky boutiques, surf, and antique shops all within a 5 block radius. ‘OB’ is centrally located in San Diego with many attractions less than 15 minutes away: San Diego Zoo, Sea World, downtown, Convention Center, Petco Park, La Jolla, and the airport.

SUMMER RATES + 10.5% tax (May 25, 2012 – June 30, 2012)
