You can come home after a long hard day at the convention and relax with a glass of wine and watch the sunset or go out for a leisurely dinner in one of 36 little restaurants, pubs, deli and coffee shops. We have some great eateries within a 5 minute walk from the B&B.

Phil is quiet, focused and a "behind the scenes guy" making delicious home made muffins and bread, keeping the gardens beautiful and working hard to make sure the accommodations are immaculate for your visit.

BEDROOMS: The bedrooms are professionally decorated in a Country English style with soothing floral colors. All rooms have full baths en-suite, ample closets, private entryways and a patio or balcony. Available for guest use are iron, ironing board, coffee/tea setup and hair dryer. We have 5 bedrooms available for rent with queen and twin size beds.
Our B&B is suitable for families, business people, honeymooners or single travelers, staying a week or just a few days.
BREAKFAST:Is served in a warm, inviting dining room with antique glassware, lace table tops,and flowers on the table. An Expanded Continental Breakfast is included in the rate and is available from 8:00 am to 9:00 am. As an example: Home made bread along with muffins, cereals, fresh fruit,yogurt,milk, coffee/tea and juice help to get the day started.
If you want to sleep in there are many wonderful restaurants in Ocean Beach. A short 5 minute walk away,you find Mexican, American, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese and German. Continental Cuisine to tempt any palate, any time of the day.Of course there is Starbucks if you aren't hungry in the mornings.

Spring and Summer are some of our prettiest months in San Diego with lots of coastal activities. Don't miss the tidepools or surfing in Ocean Beach as an example.

For families with children, our 1-2-3 Bedroom/3Bath Condo is ideal. Rates are $1400-2195 Weekly and $250.00-$400.00 daily.
Please ask Katie about weekly rates and discounts. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Credit cards will be charged when the reservation is made.There is a 10 day cancellation notice required. There is a $25.00 cancellation fee in the event of cancellation.
CHECK-IN TIME IS 2: 00PM AND CHECK-OUT IS 11:00 AM. There is some guest parking with street parking available.
GUEST LOUNGE: There is a guest lounge with T.V.,books and magazines where you can relax and unwind.
We have a NO SMOKING POLICY in the house. RETURNING from the beach, we ask that you rinse off sand before entering the B&B.Even though we are at the beach, we are not suitable for noisy partying. Social drinking is okay. If you have specific questions about your visit, please ask Katie.

There are so many ways to enjoy your time in San Diego,it's hard to know where to start.
Besides the fact we are 5-15 minutes driving time to Sea World, Zoo, downtown convention center, airport, Cabrillo Monument, Historic Old Town, Horton Plaza and Seaport Village,we are also near local Colleges, Universities, and Hospitals.
Save some time to walk out on the OB Pier, watch the sunset, the surfers or the tidepools.

DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS: It takes about 10-12 minutes by car to be at the convention center on Harbor Dr. You go up Narragansett Ave.away from the ocean and over the hill to Harbor Drive. Continue on till you reach the San Diego Convention Center. Another option is to take the local metro transit bus located on the second corner(Cable and Narragansett). The #923 bus takes you downtown. The #35 bus takes you to Old Town where you can step on the Convention Center Trolley. Ask Katie if you have questions about times or fares.
Print out a MAP QUEST if possible. Look at the area map provided to get an idea of our location.We are accessible from all major freeways.
